Return & Refund Policy

At Melted Candle Co., every candle is hand-poured with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, but understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the artisanal nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@meltedcandleco.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Refunds
Once your damage claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Order Cancellations
We’re happy to cancel orders that haven’t yet shipped. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible.
